- Academic Presenters: €400
- Professionals: €500

o Full fee (Payment received after Saturday 15 October 2016):

- Academic Presenters: €450
- Professionals: €600

o The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program)

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (31 October 2016). No refunds are available on or after that date.
