NY Rising Community Reconstruction Program: Southeast Brooklyn Waterfront Community Questionnaire
The Southeast Brooklyn Waterfront Community (“Community”) includes the neighborhoods of Bergen Beach, Georgetown, Marine Park, Mill Basin, and Mill Island.

The NY Rising Community Reconstruction Program is a NY State effort to provide additional rebuilding and revitalization assistance to Communities affected by Hurricanes Sandy and Irene and Tropical Storm Lee.

To date, the Southeast Brooklyn Waterfront Planning Committee has held several Committee meetings and one Public Engagement event, during which the public shared input on needs, opportunities, and their vision for the Community.

The Committee is now distributing this survey in order to collect additional input on these topics and help inform resiliency strategies and projects for the Community.
