One dart. Two fates come together. Both wounded by their pasts. When Daniele Galluccio moves to Lexington, Kentucky, she has a need to start over. She meets Sam Thompson, Attorney at Law, who returned to the home of his youth after his father died. But Robert Reynolds’ conspiracy to hide a secret forces Danielle to leave Kentucky. Yet fate has other plans. Three years later, they come face to face. It was when Sam looked into his own eyes, in the form of a little girl forcing Danielle to return. With the help of friend Callie Prescott, they come together to serve Robert a heaping dose of karma.
A wonderful mature romance, with real issues and the author addresses how real people often bail on a situation instead of dealing with things head-on. *second chances *karma *secret family *small town
This was a great easy read. Every time that I thought the book may peak too early, it threw me for a loop and kept me intrigued. This book has a little bit of mystery, romance, and suspense... the perfect amounts of each though. I thought that, by the description, the book would be based on the relationship with her boyfriend who likes boys.... but that was just the beginning to her being lead to a whole new life.
