Not recommended
Very exciting game, and recommended for medical economists. Perfect for effective budgeting, but not for sharpening diagnostic skills.
After the first dozen cases it becomes redundant, reveals its mediocre quality with obscure medical reasoning. Modes bring little to the value. Customer service is subpar (if there is any).
Should it be free, it would worth the hustle. But compared to better and even free alternatives, it is just overpriced.
