- 38. ผู้รับบริการต้องติดคิวที่บัตรนัดสีฟ้า / บัตรนัดสีขาว หรือใบ แบบฟอร์มสีเหลือง (สาหรับผู้ป่วยเก่าที่ไม่มีบัตรนัด) แบบฟอร์ม สีฟ้า (สาหรับผู้ป่วยใหม่) โดยจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ที่นั่งโต๊ะบริเวณ ประตูทางเข้าด้านซ้ายมือ คอยให้คาแนะนาท่าน จากนั้นให้ท่าน นั่งพัก ประมาณ 10-15 นาทีก่อนวัดความดันโลหิตด้วยตนเอง ด้วยเครื่องวัดอัตโนมัติ (Self-Automatic Blood Pressure) และถือ ผลวัดความดันโลหิต (กระดาษสีขาวแผ่นเล็กๆ) ไว้กับตัวท่าน ก่อน และนั่งพักรอที่จุดพักคอย Recipients have to stick the queue on the blue or white appointment card or the yellow form (For the old patients who do not have the appointment card).
