Steam peppers, carrots, and green beans. dry, 4. Mix soy sauce, ginger, turmeric, chile, chinese 5 spice and sugar in bowl.  Add all ingredients to pan, plus peanuts. stir fry one min.   5. Liquid cinnamon bun; tea!   1 serving: Boil water with 3 or 4 pieces of cinnamon bark. Use REAL cinnamon. It is not sold in most stores unfortunately, or if you have to, cinnamon sticks. Boil for 20 minutes. It is also an air freshener, your house will smell like heaven! Fill coffee mugs 3/4 full, and add almond, soy or regular milk, vanilla, and sugar (or honey, splenda, ect.).
