🔮I am not responsible for extra charges in USA, at USPS post offices, or overseas from postal pickup. Once packages are picked up from my studio, I am no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages caused by postal carriers and or any other shipping offices but I'm reasonable and if something does happen that's out of our control please contact me immediately So we can remedy the situation. For international purchasers, you are responsible for any customs fees upon arrival to destination. If you have any concerns please reach out and message me at any time. I will honor any complaints or concerns within a 24hr time frame of you receiving your items. I'm always fair.
I will however help you if an item arrives broken or breaks due to postal handling. sometimes this issue arises and although it is out of our hands there are ways we can remedy this situation so that everyone is satisfied and happy. Your responsibility as the customer is to contact me within 24 hrs of receiving your order, with photos showing me the item. If the item is fixable I ask that you send it back and I'll repair your item and ship it back to you free of charge. I will no longer do replacements as each piece is individually different & I loose a lot of profit and inventory doing whole replacements when these items can be fixed. If your order is somehow lost and never delivered or completely destroyed due to postal handling then I will honor replacements. thank yous for understanding. As a small business owner I do my best to make each of yous happy.
