Adjusting The Waterfall

I hope I'm not giving away any secrets here.  A lot of people ask whether the waterfall gets turned off at night.  The answer, if you've hiked to the waterfall after hours, is obviously "no".

But, by turning the valve handle, the water flow can be increased or decreased to better match the recent weather conditions.
