it was amazing

“Even the most beautiful things are a little filthy.”

Bethany-Kris has out done herself this time. I loved both Lucian and Giovanni, but Dante is. . . . fantastic. The female character, Catrina, is bad-ass, smart ass, beautiful and deadly, what every woman wants to be.

Dante, poor baby, has to get married in order to fulfill his dreams, but believes he has absolutely nothing to offer a wife. He doesn’t want to marry a woman and leave her with nothing. I just want to wrap my arms around this man and squeeze!

“Family, they said. That’s what it was all about – what the Marcellos were all about.”

Book hangovers are a horrible thing and this series has left me jonesing for another fix, I NEED MORE MARCELLO’S!!!! I am sad to see the series end, but I have to say that the end of this book slightly makes up for that fact and maybe, just maybe the author can be convinced to come back to this family. Oh and Dante, he likes to be in control in the bedroom, so this is a hot read as well. I give this book 5 stars with 4 hands down the pants. (Did I mention I LOVED the ending?)

“’But we’re Marcellos, Papa.’ ‘So?’ ‘We might as well own it.’”
