Company Background: Paradigmax PLT
Paradigmax’s mission is to profit to benefit our clients, consumers and to ultimately impacting environment positively for a better future. Paradigmax was established in 2014 to produce building materials from waste. Our core business is producing Coal Ash Lightweight Bricks (CALIB) by converting waste (coal ash) into economical value product (bricks).
Our goal is to build long term business relationships with our clients through innovative technology. We strive for innovative technologies that are economically viable and positively impact the environment for future generations.
How our business will benefit others:

Commercial – Reduce the cost of building materials and handling cost incurred by contractors. For fire-coaled power plant, it will save the handling cost of ash storage at landfill.

Environment – Substituting natural resources with waste in our product will result in positive impact to environment by reducing carbon emissions and thus reduce the dependence on natural resources.

CALIB enhancing value by producing lighter, cost effective and environmental friendly product. The replacement of sand with ash makes the brick lighter, cheaper, less carbon emission and reduces consumption of natural resource compared to existing cement brick.

Prior to the commercialisation of CALIB, our project was selected as the Best Business Idea Award by MyWIN Academy and finalist in SUPER-TERAJU programme for Innovative Technology Start-up Company in 2016.

We believe, our collaboration with Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC) and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) for financial and technological support, we are able to create paths to better solutions for more diversification of waste based products in the future, in addition to contributing to economic growth as well as impacting positively to the society.
