Candidates joining HCL Technologies through this training model shall have the chance to earn up to INR 6.8 Lacs over and above their competitively growing CTC.

Loan Assistance (80% of course fees)
Loan Facility can be availed for financial support. HCL TSS has tied up with IDBI and Axis Bank who offer loans at 9.75% and 12.75% respectively. For availing loan through IDBI you need to get in touch with your recruiter from HCL TSS and they will initiate the loan process on your behalf. For availing loan through Axis bank, you can walk into your nearest Axis Bank Loan branch and meet the branch managers Please note for availing loan facility in both IDBI and Axis Bank, you need to carry the print out of your HCL TSS LEAP “Admission letter” as supporting document.
