Café Talk competition 6 [Call for NGOs]
IIDebate is a non-governmental, non-political organization, its main objective is to develop the next generation of young leaders in order to make a positive impact in their local communities and give them the opportunity to participate effectively in the democratic process as well as a discussion and conversation sharing space to build their capacity in the decision-making process.

The CAFÉ TALK project is designed to bring youth together for powerful conversations about different issues in different regions.
 As the Tunisian youth meet daily in cafes, the Café Talk is an opportunity to share their ideas in constructive dialogues and thus develop their leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spirit by giving them the right space to express freely and work together to find appropriate solutions.


After the great success of the five editions of the Cafe Talk competition, the International Institute of Debate is launching the sixth edition of the competition this August tackling four main subjects : Economic inclusion, Arts and Culture, Governance and Politics; and finally Education.
The competition will be launched for the two months of August and September 2018, and this edition will be dedicated to the youth between 18 and 30 years old , representing local organizations and associations from the 24 Governorates of Tunisia.
the registration in the competition will be open up to August 20th 2018.


المعهد الدولي للمناضرات هي منظمة غير حكومية وغير سياسية ، هدفها الرئيسي هو تطوير الجيل القادم من القادة الشباب من أجل إحداث تأثير إيجابي في مجتمعاتهم المحلية وإعطائهم الفرصة للمشاركة بفعالية في العملية الديمقراطية وكذلك مساحة للمناقشة والمحادثة لبناء قدراتهم في عملية صنع القرار.

تم تصميم مشروع حديث قهاوي لتجميع الشباب لمحادثات قوية حول قضايا مختلفة في مناطق مختلفة.
 بينما يلتقي الشباب التونسي يومياً في المقاهي ، فإن تجربة حديث قهاوي هي فرصة لتبادل أفكارهم في حوارات بناءة ومن ثم تطوير قدراتهم القيادية وروح المبادرة من خلال منحهم المساحة المناسبة للتعبير بحرية والعمل معاً لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة.

بعد نجاح الدورات الخمس من مسابقة برنامج حديث قهاوي , يطلق المعهد الدولي للمناظرات الدورة السادسة من المسابقة في شهر أوت 2018  حول اربع مواضيع: الإدماج
الإقتصادي و التشغيل، الفنون و الثقافة، الحوكمة و السياسات العمومية، التعليم.
ستقوم هذه المسابقة على مدة شهري أوت و سبتمبر2018 و ستكون مخصصة للشباب بين 18 و 30 سنة , الممثل للجمعيات المحلية في كامل الجمهورية
التسجيل في المسابقة سيمتد إلى 20 أوت 2018

Process
1-A training of trainers in the profit of three members of each NGO in : Moderation, Reporting, Community Management, Public Speaking, Economic inclusion, Arts and Culture, Governance and Politics; and Education.
2-Each team representing an NGO have to proceed to the training of other 6 members of the NGO and join the NGO team.
3-Each NGO team has to organize two Café Talks Big regarding the four themes of the competition
4-A final competition will be held, rewarding the best team from the 24 Governorates of Tunisia.

1- تدريب المدربين على ربح ثلاثة أعضاء من كل منظمة غير حكومية في: الاعتدال ، إعداد التقارير ، إدارة المجتمع ، التحدث أمام الجمهور ، الإدماج الاقتصادي ، الفنون والثقافة ، الحكم والسياسة ؛ والتعليم.
2 - على كل فريق يمثل منظمة غير حكومية أن يتابع تدريب 6 أعضاء آخرين في المنظمة غير الحكومية وينضم إلى فريق المنظمات غير الحكومية.
3 - على كل فريق من المنظمات غير الحكومية أن ينظم محفل Café Talks Big بشأن الموضوعات الأربعة للمسابقة
4- ستقام مسابقة نهائية ، تكافئ أفضل فريق من المحافظات الأربع والعشرين في تونس.
How to participate ?
لكي تشارك في هذه الدورة :
يجب أن تشارك بفريق متكون من 3 أشخاص (مدير جلسة , مقرر, مسؤول إعلامي) ممثلين لجمعية محلية في الجهات (العمر بين 18 و 30 سنة)
لديكم تجربة سابقة و مشاركة مع منظمات المجتمع المدني
على الاستعداد لتدريب 6 اعضاء من الجمعية

مدير جلسة حديث قهاوي Moderator
على استعداد لمتابعة الأنشطة مع المعهد الدولي للمناظرات
لديه القدرة على التواصل و التعبير بسهولة
المقرر Reporter
جاهز لتقديم تقارير عن كل جلسة حديث قهاوي يتم تنظيمها.
معرفة سابقة بأساسية إعداد التقارير.

المسؤول الإعلامي  Community Manager
 القدرة على متابعة و مشاركة نشاط الفريق بانتظام مع فريق البرنامج
 معرفة سابقة في مجال وسائل الاعلام و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي

To participate in this session:
A team of 3 persons (session manager, rapporteur, media officer) should be represented by representatives of a local community organization (ages 18 to 30)
You have previous experience and involvement with civil society organizations
To prepare for the training of six members of the Assembly
 
Standards

Moderator
Is ready to follow up activities with the International Institute of Debates
It has the ability to communicate and express easily
Reporter
Ready to report on each recent colloquial session organized.
Previous knowledge of reporting basics.

Community Manager
Ability to follow up and share team activity regularly with the program team
 Previous knowledge in the field of media and social networking sites1
