We would like to remind you that the following rules will be observed during the defense.  Nais naming ipa-alala sa inyo ang mga sumusunod na tuntunin sa pagdaraos ng defens.

1.  The public will be admitted to the defense venue from 11:30 to 11:55 am. Once the defense begins, no other observers shall be allowed inside the room.  Ang publiko ay maaaring pumasok sa pagdarausan ng defens mula ika-11:30 hanggang ika-11:55 nu.  Kapag nagsimula na ang defens, wala nang mga tagamasid ang pahihintulutang pumasok sa silid.

2.  The public will be asked to leave the room while the defense panel deliberates on the outcome of the defense, after which they may enter again.  Pakikiusapan ang publikong lumabas pansamantala mula sa silid ng defens habang pinag-uusapan ng panel ang resulta ng defens.

3.  The public's role is limited to observing the proceedings.  No questions nor comments from the public will be entertained during the defense.  Ang papel ng publiko ay limitado sa pagmamasid sa daloy ng defens.  Hindi didinggin ng panel ang anumang katanungan o komento mula sa publiko.
