Novenga.com
 We at Novenga.com want to create a community where freelance writers can share their content with passionate fans of manga, novels and all kinds of written work. The content would be free to read, but fans of individual writers and content creators can donate directly or participate in weekly votes for their favourite content which would end in a cash prize for the writer.

This survey is so that we can get an idea of what our prospective community members would want from such a place, and if it's a viable option.
