rights group, with more than 10 million members across the world. We sign petitions, fundraise, engage and push legislation, local and national policy change, with our works reaching people like Congress, the US President, Supreme Court, etc. We also branch past the national scale and work with international governments, judicial systems, non-profits, and other private, human rights organizations. We spread awareness over current events, open discussions, and find purpose in enacting real, tangible, policy changes in the world. Simultaneously, we also wish to simplify, and foster more access to topics like human rights, big legislation, government structures, public policy, etc. and much more! Too often, these are subjects that may traditionally overlook or intimidate high school voices. Amnesty International Club strives to give Gunn High students the power, resources, and knowledge to mobilize your own action in justice.

To better understand the environmental issues and identify most effective solutions, data modeling and simulation has proved to be a key and critically important tool. The Data Modeling and Simulation in Environmental Sustainability Club at Gunn will train and inspire its members with cutting-edge tools used in the study of environmental issues to become conservation-minded leaders in their future pursuits.

The club's activities will include organizing monthly seminars from scholars and experts in the field, networking with reputable professionals, student-led discussions, and weekly news presentations. We plan to conduct modeling projects on waste production in our local community, and convert data to plausible solutions. Projects will be on issues such as replacing disposable lunch food utensils with reusable ones to reduce plastic and paper waste.

Our club will have a team of elected student officers from different grades to manage club norms, schedules, reports etc.

of this computer peripheral, custom mechanical keyboards, has constantly been on the rise
since 2010. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a particular increase in popularity in
this hobby, which was correlated with the boom of personal computers. In this hobby, people
customize and create their own keyboards with a combination of unique parts. Due to the
large personalization aspect, this community has gained a sizable following. We have been
interested in this hobby for many years now, and have built many keyboards over the years.

Additionally, students participate in trainings, so they know how to be a "ROCK" -- someone who is able to approach a friend who may be battling a mental health issue, provide support, and connect them to the help they need and deserve. We have meetings every Thursday where we plan events such as the 5k Mental Health Awareness Walk and the mobile barnyard during Finals Week. This year, we hope to organize our annual blood drive and teach disaster preparedness at local elementary schools.
