Due to overwhelming demand, the Asia LPG Summit will be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh for the second time to support Bangladesh’s explosive growth in LPG. With many new major players coming online, there is no better time to emphasize our message of sustainable LPG industry growth through a focus on safety, sensible policies and infrastructure investment to advance distribution channels.
This training course will cover best practices in LPG operational excellence including a focus on product, safety, training and management of LPG facilities. Delegates will be able to understand the fundamentals of different LPG equipment and design processes for their LPG operations that optimizes safety and ensure that operators are able to manage refilling through to distribution. This training will also look at the how operators use safety as a principal marketing tool for business development and why all operators in the industry have an incentive to ensure that the entire industry remains safe for all players.
Worldwide, over 4 million people die every year from indoor air pollution associated with cooking with solid fuels and biomass. This entirely preventable problem can be alleviated with the use of LPG and the WLPGA has embarked on a program to improve access to LPG throughout the developing world.
