ニューレイズⅡのチャプター1-1の和訳をお願いします。 Words that Can Guide You in Life by Shindo Nahoko As high school students, you may sometimes worry about your life. You may not know what kind of job you want and wonder what your future will be like. If that's the case, what should you do? You may get some hints by reading the story of Dr.Shindo Nahoko, a WHOMedical Officer. In growing up, we often hear things that determine our future. For me, it was something my younger brother Satoru said to me. He was in his early teens and was in the hospital with brain cancer. One day he said to me, "Why don't you study medicine and become a doctor and help save the lives of people like me who are seriously ill?" Satoru died at age 14. Until then I had never given any thought to becoming a doctor. But when I saw him slowly dying and our parents grieving at his bedside, I made up my mind to honor his request. I worked hard, passed all the exams, and finally became a doctor. I started off as a brain surgeon but soon realized that brain surgery was a man's field and that femaledoctors faced many difficulties working in that field. After carefully thinking it over, I decided to switch to internal medicine and specialize in infectious diseases. Then a great opportunity came up: I was offered a job as a Medical Officer by WHO, the World Health Organization.
