Fidget spinners—a gadget originally designed to calm children who have trouble focusing—have already made their way into PornHub searches. So it shouldn't be a surprise that the gadget of the year has now infiltrated the sex toy market—namely, butt plugs, officially corrupting everyone's inexplicable adoration of the toy.
Portland, Oregon-based Etsy user GlowFyourself is selling custom-made stainless-steel fidget spinner butt plugs, BuzzFeed reports. "Here to help keep that A$$ focused, we present to you our custom-made fidget spinner butt plugs!" according to the item's description. "That's right, help combat ADHD and get stuff done with your very own booty spinning adventure toy!" The toy is available in three sizes that are sure to "fit any attention span," claims GlowFyourself, or, you know, body part.
According to GlowFyourself's Etsy page, the shop specializes in novelty sex toys, fetish gear, and more. The shop even offers to make custom toys—including butt plugs featuring images of your partner's face. Despite the fidget spinner butt plugs' description saying they are designed for "novelty use only," there's no question that the plugs can be worked into your anal play routine. As BuzzFeed notes, the plugs check off several boxes in butt plug safety basics: They have a flared base and a smooth texture, and are made of a safe material. GlowFyourself's sales page also reveals that as of Friday afternoon, several dozen people have ordered the item. So, to the brave souls out there who have already tried the product, please report back. It's unclear if the spinning feature is supposed to enhance the wearer's sexual experience—Glamour has reached out to the company for more details—but if anything, the toy will at least leave the wearer's partner, ahem, focused.
The fidget spinner butt plugs come in sizes small ($35), medium ($45), and large ($55). So cue up the spinner porn and place your order before this trend goes out of style in the bedroom.

Jesse Lindsay, creator of GlowFyourself, told Glamour that the fidget spinner butt plugs are relatively safe to use—but don't get crazy. "Well like everything, they're safe with in reason… I suppose it depends on what you plan on doing with them," Lindsay said. As to whether or not the spinning feature is meant to enhance sexual experience, Lindsay said, "The spinning is actually there to enhance focus, so absolutely! No one wants their partner hitting it from behind and getting distracted by an episode of Rick and Morty or some relatable traumatic memory. This helps them stay focused on the task at hand and really put their mind to it."
