The TFA welcomes the DEFRA announcement that it will make 75% bridging payments to individuals yet to receive 2017 Countryside Stewardship payments (approximately 18% of all claimants), this follows a joint approach to DEFRA by CLA, NFU and TFA.

Details of the announcement can be found by clicking here and TFA members can read the joint letter to DEFRA by clicking here. We will now push for this to apply to all late agri environment payments.
