Very bad system & customer service!my online booking completed, money has been deducted but there is no ticket code, calling 2 times and CGV blaimed it to the payment company, checked again with payment company and it turns out that the issue was due to CGV system mistake. Had to wait half month to get my money back, miss my movie and waste 3 times to call and made them to admit their mistake. This is nut!

Bad system, bad app, but customer service for just 1 big cinema like this. I tried to reset my passwords many time by email but it didn't work (I received reset email but when I clicked on the link, it never worked). I called Customer service but their answers are worthless. They asked me to record a video full view of my reseting password by email and post to fanpage. Just a dumb request. If you want to verify my identity, please ask me to provide ID card instead. I just deleted this app.
