Le Secret | Alcest的起源以及黑瞪/瞪鞋黑(blackgaze)的濫觴
就在昨天（’18/09/14），Alcest官方FB宣告：這將會是 Kodama專輯最後一次的專場巡演，同時也將會是近期內最後一場歐洲巡演。
發布這訊息的同一星期，Alcest所屬廠牌 Prophecy也宣告 Alcest “Les Voyages De L'Âme” & “Shelter” 黑膠全部reissue在庫。
當然，這都和我們台北沒有什麼關係。就像 Kodama黑膠在陰府門聽說躺了一年還躺在那邊賣不出去。Alcest官方網站的協力週邊廠商 Kings Road 也不會因為你想買就幫你寄到台北。因為他們只會回你罐頭訊息：『沒有郵寄選項就是我們不支援該地區運送。我們很抱歉讓你不方便。』最後再送你一個 Regards沒有Best。
但以上都不是今天要談的事情。
今天要談論的是 Le Secret，中文即 祕密 之意。
這是Alcest最初的作品，這張被藏在Alcest 多張成功專輯中，如果不特別撿起來，是很容易被忽略的一張EP。
在 2005年 Neige即以一人團形式發表，同時在 2011年全部重新錄製，當然這是在我們的Winterhalter 2009年加進來之後變成兩人團後，Alcest才比較成為現在你看到在世界各地巡演的樣子。
當然，我們今天既然講到了這張EP，
也不能不提到法國十九世紀詩人 『波特萊爾(1821-1867)』以及他的代表作《惡之華》。

The key to the esoteric otherworld of Alcest
The original EP “Le Secret” from 2005 sets out the framework that is essential for all other works of Alcest. For the first time, Neige uses his music here as a medium to channel and communicate the esoteric experiences of his early childhood. The original recordings from 2005 are as equal a part of this re-release as are the new recordings of the songs.
英文很長沒關係，直接講重點：

這張EP只有兩首曲目，但兩首總長接近一張mini專輯程度（約27min），並且兩首都是在幾乎五分鐘左右開始才出現第一句歌詞。前面將近都有兩道三分鐘的氛圍舖成。
同時，兩首歌分別以 清腔（Clean）完成第一首，以及第二首全黑腔(Harsh)錄製。第一首Le Secret的清腔，在新錄製的2011版本中，Vocal以更清晰的典雅方式唱念，詩意的詞配上略微溫潤破音以及打到滿的小鼓，從這裡我們往後看到現在Alcest在日後清腔創作的樣貌。
第二首歌， Elévation。這是一首全黑腔的作品。 Elévation 其歌名以及歌詞其實就是來自於法國詩人作家 波特萊爾 在惡之華（ LES FLEURS DU MAL ） 《憂鬱與理想》篇章中的一首詩篇。詩篇整篇分成五個大段。Neige在譜曲時，前三段中是一次唱完，緊接到第六分鐘做了一個強烈轉換唱完第四段歌詞，然後進入長達四五分鐘的器樂曲，才唱完最後一段。

筆者曾經在生命中的某個點，卡在這張專輯久久無法出來長達將近一星期。程度大概就是聽到 Elévation 第一個吉他和弦速出來眼淚就快要掉出來，然後Harsh vocal一噴出來，Neige特有的顆粒感，眼淚就這樣默默的流下一次又一次。
相較於新錄製的 2011版本，其實我更喜歡2005年最初的版本。
2005年最初的版本中，第三分鐘出來的吉他破音非常乾烈，在當時作為一個solo project，我不太確定，但應該是連貝斯都沒有，只有鼓和吉他。所以聽到就是，打好打滿的鼓，以及乾烈的吉他聲（像黑金團 Burzum - Filosofem，已經接近對一般人括耳的快速刷法）然後藏在很後面的Harsh Vo。錄音品質稍嫌差，但如同The Cure “Disintegration” 我最喜歡的版本是 Deluxe 版中的練團樂器demo版本。
這些最初的想法，沒有經過太多修飾的一人錄音，就是Alcest最初的樣貌。
儘管當時身為二十歲年輕人的他可能不知道他在往後這些年將帶著樂團以及他的Kodama在世界五大洲巡演奔波，以及擄獲救贖世界多少青年男女黑暗的心。
在這種憂鬱以及理想不斷交橫的世代，我們不需要一成不變的Lineup音樂祭。我們需要的是能夠超越各種巨大的悲傷以及拯救各種煩惱的詩篇，以及飛往一個更幸福的理想國。
