Waze covers flight/travel expenses to the city of the event and 1 nights stay at the event hotel, including planned group meals/activities.

Transportation cost is covered to the city where the meetup is being held, but does not cover the cost of additional transit to the meetup location (taxi, rental car, etc.)  See below for instructions on reimbursements.

In order to receive reimbursement for travel expenses, you must provide the meetup organizer (Waze Champ or Waze Staff) with ORIGINAL RECEIPTS. Each receipt must have your USERNAME and REGISTERED PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS, or reimbursements cannot be provided.

We always do our best to send a T-shirt, or other SWAG, to all community meetups, but it's not always possible.
I agree and understand that in order to receive reimbursement of my travel cost, I must provide the documentation as listed above. *
