There was a time when there was no such thing on the battlefield as ‘too much information’. But times have changed. 

Today, huge volumes of data are consumed every minute by a spectrum of military sensors, placing command and control functions in a difficult position. Intelligence must be managed effectively in order to achieve information dominance on the battlefield.
