Candidates must be Maryland residents and graduating in the class of 2018 from a Maryland secondary school; they must have been accepted or plan to enroll in some sort of post secondary institution.

A final decision will be based on the candidate's essay and official transcript. Transcripts are for confirmation of enrollment only; a candidate's grades will not be a primary consideration. Before the completion of this application form, an OFFICIAL copy of the candidate's high school transcript must be mailed or emailed to:
