Ingredients

  1. Daliya – 2 tbsp
  2. Moong Dal – 1 tbsp
  3. Carrot – Half
  4. Pear – Half small
  5. French Beans – small quantity
  6. Cumin Powder – Pinch
  7. Pepper Powder – Pinch

Method

  1. Once the ingredients are kept ready add Ghee, and all the chopped vegetables in the pressure cooker
  2. Now add Daliya - 2 tbsp and Moong Dal - 1 tbsp to the pressure cooker
  3. The spices are added Jeera and Pepper powder a pinch of both of them along with a pinch of Turmeric
  4. Add water - 1 cup and close the pressure cooker lid. As suggested 1 cup water is advisable, in case you would prefer a runny Daliya Khichdi with Moongdal then you can add a little more of Water as required.
  5. After 3 whistles the Daliya Khichdi with Moong Dal is mixed well and served hot.
  6. Tasty and nutritious Daliya Khichdi with Moong Dal and lots of vegetables are ready to serve for the babies and toddlers.

Method of Preparing Dalia Khichdi with Moongdal:

1. Once the ingredients are kept ready add Ghee and all the chopped vegetables to the pressure cooker

2. Now add Daliya – 2 tbsp and Moong Dal – 1 tbsp to the pressure cooker

3. The spices are added Jeera and Pepper powder a pinch of both of them along with a pinch of Turmeric
