Can I be Punished for Complaining about Sexual Harassment?

No!

Firing an employee for making a complaint about sexual harassment is retaliation, and it is illegal. Anyone - women or men - who experience or witness sexual harassment in the workplace should make a formal written complaint.

Note that this topic has been covered extensively in the media lately. Just yesterday, women and men who have spoken out about sexual harassment this year were named 'Person of the Year' by Time Magazine
