Shigeru Ban Talk 2017 – Works & Humanitarian Activities
In 2014, the world’s 37th most prestigious Pritzker architecture award was given for Shigeru Ban, Japan’s top creative and talented architect.
His works around the world have always led in the minimalism and the empirical method, surpassing all common definitions of materials used (paper tubes, cardboard boxes), sustainability in building structure, effective cost and environmentally friendly.
He is also well known as a humanitarian architect with works for victims in natural disaster areas for improving their houses becomes sustainable.
On December 2nd, 2017, the architect Shigeru Ban will directly share the process of building his unique architectures, in the talk show “Works & Humanitarian Activities” .
The event is open to ages 18+, and those working or studying in the fields of architecture, engineering, construction, carpentry, or design. Join us! Registration is already open and fills up fast.
