Educational Qualification:
• Assistant Electrical Engineer: Full time 4 years Engineering Degree BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE (with minimum % UR - 60%, SC/ST – 50%, BC/EBC – 55%)
• Assistant Engineer (Civil): Full time 4 years’ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc.(Engineering) Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE (with minimum % of marks UR - 60%, SC/ST – 50%, BC/EBC – 55%)
• IT Manager: CA from any Govt. recognized Institution/UniversityOr Full time B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science / IT from any Govt. recognized Institution/ University approved by AICTE.
• Assistant IT Manager: MCA from any Govt. recognized Institution/University Or Full time B.E./ B.Tech. (Computer Science/ IT) from any Govt. recognized Institution/ University approved by AICTE.
• Assistant Personnel Officer: Post Graduate Degree (Labour and Social Welfare) Or MBA (Personnel management / Human Resource) Or Two Years PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation/ Human Resource Management from UGC/ Govt. Recognized University/ Institution.
• Assistant: Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University.
• Junior Accounts Clerk: Graduate in commerce from any recognized University.
• Stenographer: (i) Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University and (ii) Possessing a Minimum Shorthand speed of 80 W.P.M. in English. Knowledge of English and Hindi, both stenography will be preferred.

Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd. (BSPHCL) invites On-line Application for its subsidiary companies namely North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL), South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (SBPDCL), Bihar State Power Transmission Company Ltd. (BSPTCL). The eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 08 October 2018.
Candidates can apply for the post if he or she has passed matriculation or its equivalent from recognized institution. For technical qualification, the candidate should have ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade from any Institution recognized by National Council for Vocational Training, New Delhi (NCVT)/ State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT).
Candidates who will be selected for the position will be in the probation period for two years from the date of appointment. After completion of one year of probation period from the date of appointment on consolidated pay, Regular Pay as per 7th PRC will be admissible subject to their conduct and performance remaining satisfactory and their achieving the minimum performance targets/ indicators decided and evaluated by the competent authority during the probation period.
