This pastel living room was inspired in Paris, and that’s not a surprise since it is a romantic and dreamy city by excellence. Paris is the inspiration for many beautiful home designs and this living room in the Upper West Side is yet another proof of it.

Right at first glance, we can see that this living room design lives off the juxtaposition between the new and the vintage. The modern armchair looks beautiful next to the baroque-like fireplace and mantel. The mixed rugs showcase that harmony in a very clear way. With an ostentatious white rug on top of a geometric-patterned contemporary carpet.
Porcelain details also create a lovely contrast in the living room decor.
