Registration Information:

§     Registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis.

§     Applications are filed in the order received. Applications will be processed  on or around April 15th. If there are no openings at that time, your child will be placed on a waiting list.

§     We accept applications up to 1 year ahead of school year.

§     On or around April 15th applications will be reviewed and the registration process begins.

§     Parents receive a registration packet by mail if their child has gotten a space. If not, they will be placed on a waiting list.

§     A completed registration form, Confidential Health Information form, Maryland Schools Record of Physical Examination, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Immunization Certificate, proof of child’s birth date, and payment of $25.00 deposit should be sent to Janet Warren at Catoctin High School.
