對於熱愛天文的朋友而言，12月是相當棒的月份！這個月的天氣相對穩定，雲量較少，是一個觀星的好時機！
舉辦「Winter Star Party」，讓你能找到志同道合的朋友、一同享受抬頭仰視星空的時光。我們亦會提供小遊戲、派對飲食以及觀星指導，輕鬆愉快的一起探索宇宙！無論初學還是富有觀星經驗，我們都歡迎你的到來！

日期：二零一五年十二月十九日（星期六）
時間：下午六時至十時三十分
地點：大坳門清水灣郊野公園
對象：中學生及大專學生
費用：每位85元 （包括食物費用）
集合時間：下午四時三十分
集合地點：鑽石山地鐵站C1出口
解散時間：晚上十時三十分
解散地點：大坳門巴士站

備註：
1. 屆時集合後將乘搭巴士前往大坳門，請謹記預備足夠車資。
2. 可自備防蚊用品，星圖，電筒，地蓆及個人物品。
3. 留意活動當日天氣，攜帶足夠保暖衣物。
4. 建議穿著長褲及運動鞋，為免在活動過程中造成不必要的損傷。
5. 為響應環保，請各位自備餐具及容器。
6. 請自備水樽。

未年滿十八歲的參加者需填妥家長同意書並電郵至wayne@hkas.org.hk；若當日仍未能提供參加者的家長同意書，本會有權拒絕閣下參加本活動。

報名後要收到工作人員以電話/電郵/SMS短訊回覆，才正式確認報名。如在報名後三天仍未收到通知，請主動以電郵方式向本會工作人員查詢。

繳費方法:        
報名確認後，請在一星期內將費用存入香港天文學會匯豐銀行帳戶（帳號：561-809385-838），再在入數紙寫上「20151219starparty、中英文姓名及聯絡電話」，將入數紙轉化成數碼照片並電郵至wayne@hkas.org.hk；另外，活動當日請帶備入數紙正本以便工作人員核對。

For every stargazer in Hong Kong, December is a fantastic month to go out. Since the weather becomes more stable and there are fewer clouds, it's a great time to pack up your stuff and go stargazing!

Through Winter Star Party, you'll meet friends who also love watching stars and galaxies. Besides you'll enjoy stargazing moments with them. We'll provide games, food and drinks, stargazing guidance. Together, let's explore this Universe with joy! No matter you're a fresh new stargazer or an experienced geek, you're welcomed to join us! See you there!

Target: secondary school students and university students
Fee: $85 per person （including food and drinks）

* If you don't have a Chinese name, type in "N/A" in the second column (中文姓名).
 
Notes：
1. Prepare enough fare as we'll take a bus to the park.
2. Bring your bug spray, star map, flashlight (in RED please!), mat or other personal belongings.
3. Pay attention to the weather on the 19th and bring enough clothes.
4. We suggest you to wear trousers and sneakers to avoid getting unnecessary injuries.
5. Being environmentally friendly, please being your own utensils to the party.
6. Please bring your water bottle.

Participants who are under 18 years old must fill in a Parental Consent and email to wayne@hkas.org.hk. HKAS reserves the right to refuse your participation if you cannot show us the consent before the party starts.

Our staff will call / e-mail / send SMS to you as the confirmation of your application. If you do not receive our notice three days after applying, please email our staff to follow up.

Payment Method:        
Once your application is confirmed, please pay your fee to the HSBC bank account of the Hong Kong Astronomical Society  （Account Number：561-809385-838）. Please KEEP YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT and write down "20151219starparty", your name and your contact number on it. Please also bring along with your original receipt to our party for verification purpose.
