The I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club will feature a Pick 8 Online Handicapping Challenge for the 2018 National Driving Championship (NDC) at Grand River Raceway on Wednesday, September 26. The Fan Club invites all levels of handicappers to participate!
Participants will be challenged to handicap the eight NDC races and pick who you think will be crowned the 2018 National Driving Champion. Each question will be worth a predetermined number of points. The contestant who earns the highest number of points out of a possible 20 will be declared the winner. The winner will receive a $50 gift card for the racetrack of their choice and a Fan Club prize package.
The contest is open to adults 18 and over, excluding employees and officials of Canadian racetracks, provincial racing commissions, Ontario Racing and Standardbred Canada. Immediate family members of NDC drivers are also not eligible.
The contest is now open and will close at 6:00 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, September 26.
The National Driving Championship races are carded as races two through nine on the Wednesday program at Grand River. First race post time is 6:30 p.m.
