菱角田中的仙子系列講座─如何打造水雉的餐廳
官田地區是台灣主要的菱角產區，在官田地區，從育菱角苗、種植菱角、採收菱角及菱角相關農具等，形成特殊的產業聚落，每一年的秋冬，大規模的菱角田與採收的農人讓官田地區具有特殊的產業景觀，水雉生存在其中，而有菱角鳥的別稱，有些當地的農夫以友善環境的方式進行耕作，讓水雉與其他生物能夠安全地在農田溼地中生活，並且獲得綠色保育標章的認證，透過講座邀請農夫來跟大家分享為何要分動物吃一口。
