Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I'm not a huge fan of steak burgers because I feel like you get ripped off when someone takes a steam roller to your burger then trim off 3/4th of it and send you away with a 1/4 for the price of 1LB

That's not what the review is for its for the custard!!!!! And oh my the custard.... It's absolutely delicious! It's like why would you even sell these gross burgers when you can just focus all your energy on your custard.

I will always get custard from here, never a burger. Would you buy a hotdog from cold stone? No! So why buy a burger from a custard shop?! My 2 cents

Sammie was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked her for assistance. Not only did she not even understand how to help, but it seems like she doesn't know how to do her job at all; she also repeatedly asked me to write a review, which was incredibly annoying and inappropriate.

To make matters worse, I noticed Sammie standing around while her fellow employees were working hard to serve customers. It was clear that she was not pulling her weight and was more interested in her phone, or maybe she just enjoys standing around--I am not sure.

In addition to her poor attitude and lack of work ethic, I found Sammie to be completely incompetent. She was unable to answer basic questions about the menu and seemed uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting Freddie's Frozen Custard if Sammie is on staff. Her attitude, laziness, and continual review harassments make for a truly unpleasant experience.

Don't order on app. They make food and leave it on the counter for you to pick up. Concrete was melted. Food was cold. Couldn't even eat the fries.

The food was excellent and fresh. The customer service was friendly and fast. Will definitely come back.

I ordered a hot dog w/shredded cheddar, chili cheese dog and large fries. I noticed that Gabriel had rang up american cheese instead of chedder and brought it to his attention. He said that there was not a button for cheddar but they would have cheddar on them. When I got home the hot dog had american cheese and chili cheese dog had very little cheese. I feel that he just told me what was easiest for him because he could have at least walked back and told cooks that they should have cheddar on them.

Incompetent idiot named Jesse taking orders through the drive through. I understand it's hard to get and workers at all right now but this one is a stretch.

Never even got the order. It was two number ones with fry sauce. He told me he did not know how to put fry sauce on the burger... Very complicated..

The service was good, but they really need to cut back on the salt!! My burger was very salty and the fries were not eatable way too salty like eating salt blocks lol. Other then that it was OK.

Came at 9:55- drive thru sign said open and the sign said closes at 10.. just wish they followed through on the expectations they set.

I asked for a steak burger with fry sauce and they said they didn't know how to put fry sauce on the burger. I really don't understand what is difficult about that.

This is the best Freddy's! The staff is always super friendly, the food is always amazing, and the wait time is always speedy. Even through the pandemic this spot was on top of everything!! Definitely a family favorite.
