Cat twist & shout about their new tilt-rotators

We first caught site of Caterpillar's branded tilt-rotators at the massive Bauma trade fair exhibition in Munich last year, but with global uptake of the concept now gaining pace Cat are keen to make us all aware of the option for their machines.

The tilt-rotator concept has been commonplace in Scandinavian territories for over 25 years now, with most machines from 3 to 32 tonnes being fitted with the attachments in those countries. When you take a drive around Swedish sites these things are everywhere making everyone’s lives on site that much easier by cutting down on the need for manual labour. It’s well known that Swedish manufacturer Rototilt has been working closely with American giant Caterpillar for many years and last year they came to an agreement that would see Rototilt supply Caterpillar with a range of Cat branded tilt-rotators for use with its machines.

Caterpillar customers will also be able to get the full integrated system option that enables the operator to make settings for excavations and showing the tilt-rotator data via an in cab monitor. Check out this new promotional video from Caterpillar to find out more.
