Boosting Employee Productivity in an Economic Downturn: Registration Form
Dear Professional,

Official records show that over 1.5 million jobs have been lost in Nigeria between January 2015 and December 2016, while unemployment rose to 13.9% in the third quarter of 2016 from 9.9% in the corresponding quarter, 2015. These actions by companies, albeit for survival, have taken a toll on job security and satisfaction.  Workers have had their welfare packages slashed and in most cases taken away entirely. This has serious consequences on employee motivation and on the level of worker’s productivity.  How do companies keep their employees motivated in the midst of job insecurity and uncertainties? What other ingenious ways could employers and supervisors employ to keep the team performance and output level high?  Henry Onukwuba will be exploring these issues in a webinar on Friday June 30, 2017 @2pm.
