6	Intro	(read only)	Contains introduction to different sheets, instructions to follow, CIC announcements and relevant links
7	New Entry	(read /write)	This is for users to enter new data or update existing data
8	TIMELINE	(read only)	Contains all 2016 PGP applications' status (all stages)
10	Info	(read only)	Contains information on how CIC process PGP applications
11	Stat	(read only)	Contains statistical data from TIMELINE sheets
13	Filter	(read/write)	This is a plain view of TIMELINE sheet for users to apply different filters. Choose 'PGP' filter from Filter menu. Then you can filter the list by any heading.
14	CPC-O	(read only)	This sheet shows only those files that have been transferred to CPC-O (Ottawa - Canada)
15	NDVO	(read only)	This sheet shows only those files that have been transferred to NDVO (New Delhi - India)
16	HKVO	(read only)	This sheet shows only those files that have been transferred to HKVO (Hong Kong - China)
17	LVO	(read only)	This sheet shows only those files that have been transferred to LVO (London – UK)
18	MVO	(read only)	This sheet shows only those files that have been transferred to MVO (Manila – Philippines)

20	Instructions:
21	* All sheets here except NEW ENTRY have been locked only to view (read only) so that they are not tampered.
22	** Please, use NEW ENTRY sheet to add or update your info AFTER your application has reached CPC-M.
23	* New/updated entry will be added to the TIMELINE and then deleted from NEW ENTRY at admin's convenience. Holidays and weekends may be slower.
24	* If you're a NEW user, fill out as much info as you can while you're using rows 10 - 50 of NEW ENTRY sheet.
25	*If you're an EXISTING user, you can select your username in Cell A7/A8/A9 and the current info will populate the entire row. You can then update any new info using a free row from 10 to 50.
26	* Find an empty(free) row for yourself. DO NOT delete/overwrite someone else's data from any of the rows (10 - 50) if was/being used.
27	*** USERNAME, APP RCV'D DATE-TIME and PAYMENT CHARGE DATE (if applicable) are MUST to input.
28	** Select app receive date, time (hour), time (minute) carefully. You can double click on any date cell and use the calender to input.
29	* Please, TYPE a unique username and the courier service you used if not found in the drop-down list.
30	* After you enter info in NEW ENTRY, re-visit within next 48 hours. ADMIN may leave comments for you if your entry has issues.
31	* You can use custom filter view called 'PGP' in the FILTER sheet. Alternately, you can create your own filter view.

33	CIC Announcement:
34	IRCC received more than 14,000 new PGP applications by Jan 7 since the program re-opened on Jan 4, 2016. Intake is now closed till 2017. IRCC formally increased the PGP cap from 5,000 to 10,000 beginning this year.
