Hi! A quick question: in case of anthologies, does the editor's name count for option B (with surnames)?
For example in Bad Girls: Sirens, Jezebels, Murderesses, Thieves & Other Female Villains, would Jane Yolen count for Y?

I have a quick question. Do middle names count for character and if so do they count for first or last name?

I would count middle name if it's the name the character goes by, in which case I would count it for first name.
