「安倍さんは結局(首相在任中に)何もしなかった!」などのコ
メントを取り上げ、実に八割の方々が「安倍晋三には期待しな
い」とのご意見でした。
(その後、インターネット等を通じ、「あの報道は明らかにおか
しい」「絶対に情報操作している」「親中派の安倍おろしとしか
考えられない」等の意見とぶつかり、反日メディアへの抗議行動
へつながり、TBSがデモ隊に取り囲まれたのは記憶に新しいと思
います。)
また、総裁選挙翌日の朝の報道では、みのもんたさんに「カツカ
レーなんて食ってる場合か!」と激しく檄を飛ばしていただきま
した(笑)
『番組作りには本当の国民の声が反映されるべき!』との大きな
うねりが起きつつあります。
その意味では皆様に積極的に番組に意見を伝えることも、草の根
の声を活かしていくことに繋がるのではないでしょうか。TBSも

28. これらの禁止行為は処罰の対象となります!
選挙運動の方法等に関する規制(例)
選挙運動期間外に選挙運動をしてはいけません!
インターネット選挙運動が解禁になっても、選挙運動は、公示・告示日から
投票日の前日までしかすることができません(公職選挙法第129条、第
239条)。
誹謗中傷・なりすまし等に関する刑罰(例)
選挙運動選挙
候補者に関し虚偽の事項を公開してはいけません!
当選させない目的をもって候補者に関し虚偽の事項を公にし、又は事実を
ゆがめて公にした者は処罰されます(公職選挙法第235条第2項)。
候補者に対して、悪質な誹謗中傷をする等、表現の自由を濫用して選挙の公正を害する
ことのないよう、インターネットの適正な利用に努めて下さい。(公職選挙法第142条の7)
プロバイダ等(プロバイダ、掲示板の管理者等)は、自己の名誉を侵害されたとする候補者等から申出
を受けた場合、一定の手続きを経た上で、その文書図画を削除することがあります。

有権者は電子メールを使って選挙運動をしてはいけません!
電子メールを使って選挙運動用の文書図画を頒布できるのは、候補者・
政党等に限ります。有権者は候補者・政党等から送られてきた選挙運動用
電子メールを転送により頒布することもできません(公職選挙法第142条
の4、第142条、第243条)。
未成年の選挙運動は禁止されています!
年齢満20歳未満の者は、インターネット選挙運動を含め、選挙運動をする
ことができません(公職選挙法第137条の2、第239条)。インターネット
が身近な世代だけに、保護者の監督も重要です。
HPや電子メール等を印刷して頒布してはいけません!
選挙運動用のホームページや、候補者・政党等から届いた選挙運動用の
電子メール等、選挙運動用の文書図画をプリントアウトして頒布してはい
けません(公職選挙法第142条、第243条)。
氏名等を偽って通信してはいけません!
当選させる、もしくは当選させない目的をもって真実に反する氏名、名称ま
たは身分の表示をして、インターネットを利用する方法により通信した者は
処罰されます(公職選挙法第235条の5)。
悪質な誹謗中傷行為をしてはいけません!
公然と事実を明らかにし、人の名誉を毀損した者は処罰されます(刑法第
230条第1項)。事実を明らかにせずとも、公然と人を侮辱した者は侮辱罪
により処罰されます(刑法第231条)。
候補者等のウェブサイトを改ざんしてはいけません!
候補者のウェブサイトを改ざんするなど、不正の方法をもって選挙の自由
を妨害した者は、選挙の自由妨害罪により処罰されます(公職選挙法
第225条第2号)。不正アクセス罪(不正アクセス行為の禁止等に関する
法律第3条、第11条)にも該当します。

up, Abepyon!” affirmative words to Abe.
