This online course (package) for Robotics-oriented programming and SAT tutorials is organized jointly by CCNY Engineering student organizations CCNYFIRSTRobotics (
http://ccnyfirstrobotics.wordpress.com/) and ASEECCNY (
http://aseeccny.wordpress.com/), and coordinated by the Office of Student Research and Scholarship of the Grove School of Engineering at CCNY ( OSRS,
www.ccnyosrs.org).
This online course package consists of three components: 1) teaching a number of programming language commonly used with Robotics design, such as Java, AutoDesk, Python, RobotC, and Labview, etc. The topics will be arranged in an order based on the need of robotics competition, 2) SAT Tutorials, 3) On a weekly basis, the OSRS will take 5-7 minutes from one of the classes to present current topics and advancement in science and engineering, entrepreneurship activities and research focus in CCNY Grove School of Engineering (GSOE), and provide information for the Macaulay Honors College, CCNY honors program and research-oriented Engineering scholarship programs. The GSOE offers ABET accredited baccalaureate degree programs in Computer Science, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Biomedical, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, and Environmental engineering (

Students completed this online course with satisfactory performance will be awarded with a Certificate from American Society of Engineering Education CCNY Chapter (ASEECCNY).

Engineering Building (the Steinman Hall) Room 2M3, 140 street at Convent Avenue, NY 10031.
Students, whose schools are close to CCNY, are welcome to come to CCNY to take this course.
Students taking the course remotely are encouraged to contact the robotics team coach/mentor or a math/computer technology teacher in your school to form a study group and the group leader will assist your mentor/teacher to coordinate the online course at the high school end.
All students are eligible for this online course, including 9th grade.
