Rita Ora strips down to her bra as she breaks free from controlling relationship in new music video for Poison

She's making a comeback with her first solo single in over a year, Poison.

And Rita Ora's newly-released music video doesn't disappoint, with the platinum blonde pop princess modelling a series of sexy ensembles as she belts her way through the catchy power ballad.

The song, widely rumoured to be written with her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris in mind, has been given a video with a strong narrative about jealousy and controlling relationships.

In the video, Rita is introduced to the glamour and glitz of showbiz by a smarmy-looking photographer who takes an interest in her.

The 24-year-old beauty develops a taste for the lifestyle of the rich and famous, taking part in numerous photoshoots with her snapper friend, who becomes her constant companion on the party circuit.

Following a glamorous Hollywood makeover, Rita enjoys a brief yet steamy dalliance with a handsome male model with a man-bun.

But it all turns sour Rita walks in on her photographer pal taking pictures of another one of her friends behind her back, prompting her to flee in tears while her portrait burns up in flames.

While the video makes no explicit reference her romance with Scottish DJ Calvin, which came to an end last year, the themes of betrayal and jealousy are evident.

Rita recently explained that the Sir Nolan-produced song, with its chorus, 'I pick my poison and it's you', was about a toxic relationship.
