I got sick and tired of the “Team Building” exercises and stupid flim-flammery at a former workplace. You know if you wanna motivate your employees, pay raises, no double overtime hours for regular pay does wonders. Hanging pictures of eagles soaring looks better than a blank wall but it does nothing to motivate.
