The Solitude region has a lack of easily accessible skill books, use this form to request the skill books you need. The requested skill books will be added to the market at Octanneve IV Federation Customs Assembly Plant.

What will the prices be if the skill book costs:
- Less than 500k ISK, we will add 20k ISK on top of the skill book's price.
- More than 500k ISK (up to 1m ISK), we will add 50k ISK on top of the skill book's price.
- More than 1m ISK (up to 2m ISK), we will add 100k ISK on top of the skill book's price.
- More than 2m ISK, we will send you an Evemail with a quote.
