For the Inn quest cut scene your head gear is not displayed even if you have it on.
Takeox asked to fix it although he understands when you sleep you take off your head gear.

はい、まさにこの2つの理由により、あえて頭装備を非表示にしたカットシーンになっています。
This is the two reasons we had the cut scene without displaying the head gear.
確かに眼鏡やマスクなどは付けて寝ていてもおかしくはないですよね。
ただ、眼鏡やマスクなどがすべて「頭装備」であるため、非表示になってしまいます。
この点についてはご了承ください。
It would be OK if they had glasses or mask on to sleep, however the glasses or mask fall under head gear so it get's hidden, hope you can understand.

Cure II is most likely there because the characters in 2.0 still have the "original" ability design. The reason why the job abilities are there is because that's their original design, there's no need to change something that was originally there and there's no reason to integrate the new system into 2.0 until they are 100% sure it is working with 1.0. It would just be a waste of production time if they added the new abilities into both engines at the same time cause even now the 1.0 abilities are being adjusted to balance them out which would mean that if the 2.0 abilities were the same as the 1.0 ones they would have to take the time to not only adjust the code for the 1.0 abilities but the 2.0 ones as well. Once they are done making the final tweaks to abilities into 1.0 they can easily transfer the abilities into 2.0 and it will only be a one step process of just copying over the variables of those abilities into 2.0.http://goo.gl/eaJNx - some guy complained you can't search within threads and Triairy saying you can... waste of nice rep post ><

I guess player actions changing again in 2.0 too, that's new info to me.
Hopefully that answers the Cure II on the new 2.0 image as well (maybe??)
Basically it's not that they are going to be changing actions, it's just they still need to implement the new actions but they also have plans to add in more actions as well as actions designated for pvp so players have more abilities to work with and strategize with.
Well how about splitting accessories and headgear? Mask/Glasses should have their own slot so I can have a mage hat AND glasses :P

They just want to make set gear for now I guess, example: Rose Gold Circlet, or those bandana with eyepatch you can get from the lv15 dungeon.
I made this suggestion a little over a year ago, and finally got some answers from the LIVE letters and community rep responses. Apparently it's not going to be possible when 2.0 is released, but they're still looking into it for the future.

I know not much NA players use it but it does work fine imo... might not be the best system but it's what we're stuck with 2.0 so might as well use it imo.こんばんは。

以前からご要望を頂いていましたパーティメンバー募集の目的に、レベリングを 追加して欲しいという件に関して続報です。前回、他の優先事項との兼ね合いから対応を見送るとコメントをさせていただきましたが、その後も調整/検討を進 めた結果、パッチ1.22cにて以下の項目が「パーティメンバー募集」の目的に追加されることになりましたのでご報告いたします。
Update on the request we received a while back to add leveling in the party member recruit. Before we stated that looking at the priorities we decided to skip this implementation but after we continued looking into this we were able to add the following categories in 1.22c.
(Naming might be different on official one)
- 蛮神バトル - Primal Battle
- 蛮族砦攻略 - Beastmen Stronghold
- ハムレット防衛戦 - Hamlet Defense
- キャラバン護衛 - Caravan Escort
- NM狙い - NM hunting
- レベリング - Leveling
- ビヘスト - Behest
- 再集合 - Regrouping
FYI for the Regrouping if you didn't know or seen JP use this one (didn't have category before so they just typed in message section) but this is for say after Ifrit or Moogle fight you want to go farm tapers or key stones but want to leave party. PT leader put's this up and that way you can join back when you're done instead of asking PT leader to invite you back.
And for those of you that's going to say oh don't waste resources on this crap... go .... off.... it's really not that hard to add categories like this so it's not much resources wasted in first place. ^^ thank you

Very nice addition, the recruit system does works fine, people are just not smart enough to know how to utilize it.

対応方法を検討していた所持品タブ内の耐久度でのソートについて進展がありましたのでお知らせします。
パッチ1.22cで、所持品タブ内のソート機能の項目に耐久度と錬精度が追加されることになりました。
なお、ソート順は以下のようになります。
We have an update on inventory sort by durability so wanted to let you all know.
In patch 1.22c we are adding the durability and spirit bond rate categories in the sort feature within the inventory tab. Now the sort order will be in this order.
- 耐久度:低い順 - Durability from lowest
- 錬精度:高い順 - Spirit bond from highest
