We are seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to provide exceptional leadership at our Maternity Hospital which will open its doors in Nairobi in a couple of months.

Jacaranda Maternity looks forward to a leader who will drive the new facility to achieve departmental and institutional objectives within a rapidly changing environment. This person will apply advanced knowledge of nursing and management to manage systems of patient care, personnel development, financial and clinical operations, performance improvement, quality improvement and program development.

The successful candidate must have deep experience in maternal and child health, and a strong commitment to providing friendly and respectful care to all women. Along with their management duties, the manager will have the opportunity to work with new technologies and quality improvement techniques, and work with clinicians and advisers at the forefront of maternal health. It is an excellent opportunity to receive mentorship in  hospital management.
