WellandGood.com, the online publication obsessed with your health and wellness, has an opening for a Digital Producer to join our growing team.

In this position you will work directly with Well+Good’s founders and closely with all parts of the organization to build impactful digital solutions for Well+Good and its advertising partners.

Day-to-Day:

+ Project manage the development and execution of custom integrated digital solutions for partners and advertisers
+ Work with all departments (e.g. Editorial, Sales, Marketing, Creative Services) to define and innovate ongoing product features, functionality, and enhancements
Write product requirements, create wireframes, and manage the product development process from concept-testing, to launch, to post launch-testing
+ Manage multiple ongoing product development projects across multiple platforms, including web, social platforms, mobile, applications, and video
+ Project manage with internal and external team members, tech vendors, and designers to execute projects
+ Create detailed timelines and manage team to hit key deadlines required to launch products in a timely and resource efficient way
+ Be ready to flex your organizational talents to produce offline live events in addition to online campaigns. Well+Good is well known for events.

Must Haves:

+Minimum 3-4 years experience in digital production / project management
+ Wireframing experience
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Accurate and thorough
+ Incredibly organized
+ An ace at prioritization
+ Strong communication/interpersonal skills--written and verbal
+ Enjoy problem solving
+ Ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
+ Fast learner
+ Curious, interesting and interested in the world of online publishing and digital innovation
+ A pro with computers (Mac experience preferred), including word processing (Google Docs and/or Word), spreadsheets (Google Docs and/or Excel) and general Internet savvy
+ Balsamiq, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Wordpress and Adobe Suite experience a plus (not required)
+ A context for healthy living and the wellness scene is ideal (you speak Barry’s Bootcamp, Flywheel, and Juice Press)
