CHICAGO — Chicago police are investigating a disturbing video that seems to show a toddler smoking pot as an adult off camera coaches him to do it.
Community activist Andrew Holmes tells WGN a woman walked up to him and showed him the video. Holmes says she was reluctant to go to police because she was worried about a lengthy interrogation. So Holmes took it to investigators himself.
Right now, authorities are trying to track down the man heard coaching the toddler in the recording. If they find him, he could face a series of charges including child endangerment.
