The villa is built cleverly into the hillside and has various accesses via the coastal road, steps and pathways. The grounds surrounding the villa are trailing with colourful bougainvillea, lovely garden statues and dotted with occasional benches perfect spots for just sitting and enjoying the breathtaking panorama. There is a private parking space (for one car at road level) and direct access to the beach below. There is even a resident housekeeper at the villa who provides daily maid service and serves breakfast.

Villa Orion is spread over four levels, each with their own entrance. The upper part of the villa opens onto a large panoramic terrace (70 sqm) furnished with table, chairs, wicker easy chairs, and barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco whilst enjoying the spectacular panorama. The spacious interior beautifully laid out with archways and steps, consists of a pretty living room with settees, a comfortable lounge with satellite television and DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and washroom all comfortably furnished in light and airy Mediterranean style. There are three bedrooms, one with four poster double bed, fireplace, en suite shower room with hydro massage shower, and opening onto a little patio, one with double bed, another with double bed and a further shower room. A couple of steps down from the terrace is an laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The middle level of the villa opens onto another beautiful terrace perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun and complete with an unusual hydro massage swimming pool (6m x 4m) with chromotherapy, cervical massage and pool heating on request, which is partly shaded as built into the natural grotto of the hillside. This level houses a small annex with a kitchen corner, living area with sofa bed, television, a double bedroom, and a shower room. Both the living area and bedroom open onto little French balconies enjoying lovely views.

The lower level consists of a studio apartment with living area with double sofa bed, kitchen corner and shower room. Here there is a small furnished terrace, and steps down (50 approx) to the road which leads directly to the splendid bay of Conca dei Marini, with its pretty beach and boasting several excellent restaurants.

The local bus stop is approximately 50m away on the coastal road and the town of Conca dei Marini itself, with shops, restaurants and other facilities is just 1.5 km. Amalfi is just 3km away and other lovely town such as Positano and Ravello, are less than half an hour's drive. Also well worth a visit are the archeological sites of Pompeii and Ercolano, at the feet of the volcano Vesuvius, and cosmopolitan Sorrento with its maze of streets, with shops and pavement cafes is a joy to explore. The local bus service reaches many of the local towns, and there are normally organised excursions available. There are also boat trips along the coast, and to the beautiful islands of Ischia and Capri.

Villa Orion is the perfect choice for those seeking very comfortable accommodation in a this beautiful area of Italy. Its private swimming pool is a special highlight and there is plenty of room for relaxing, soaking up the atmosphere and the stunning views on the sunny panoramic terraces. Note: As the villa is built on the hillside, there are steps to the villa, seafront and surrounding area, therefore this property may not be suitable for persons with walking difficulties.
