現状、主にAegisとDurandalの2つのワールドで、
サーバ内処理の空転によりCPU負荷が増大してダウンが発生しています。
（ゲーム内が「重い」と感じられるのも、このCPU負荷のためと推測されます）
For Aegis and Durandal worlds mainly there is an issue where it causes heavy load on the CPU while processing through the server. (If the game feels heavy guessing this CPU load is the reason)

この2つのワールドよりも過負荷なワールドでも正常に動作していることから、
負荷以外の要因での空転原因を調査中です。
We are currently investigating other factors than the load issue since other worlds with heavier loads is working regularly.

できるだけ早い復旧のために作業中ですので、
引き続きご迷惑をおかけしますが、宜しくお願い致します。

続報です。
処理の空転原因となりそうな要因を発見して、修正コードは作成完了しました。
それと同時にワールド再起動によって、空転が発生せずに、
自然安定状態に近づきつつあります。
Here is the update.
We have discovered the issue and applied the repair code .
At same time we restarted the world and close to being stable

（個別にログイン不能の現象は別途調査中です）
(For individual login issue we are investigating separately)

修正コードは、さすがにQA検証が無いまま、
ワールドへ適用することは避けたいと思いますので、
明日の朝からQAチームによる検証後、適用検討に移る予定です。
For the repair code we would like to avoid applying to the world without going through QA process so will have the QA team check from morning and planning to look into applying.

今夜は、緊急監視体制のまま運用を続けて状況をみる判断をしました。
For tonight decided to continue operation by observing closely and checking on the situation.

マクロに関しては現象を特定しましたが、復帰手順を策定中です。
マクロそのものが消滅したわけではなく、既に数人の方にご指摘頂いているように、
一部キャラクタについて、マクロを保存している参照先フォルダが、変更になったために発生しています。
（保存していたマクロの復帰方法等は、追ってしっかり検証を行った後、
アナウンスさせて頂く予定です）
こちらもご不便をおかけしてしまい、誠に申し訳ありません。
Also we have discovered the issue with the macro and working on method to fix The macro itself isn't deleted but like other few have mentioned some characters macro folder changed which is causing this problem (Planning to announce how to restore the saved macro once checked through)
I apologize for this issue as well causing inconvenience.

You said from morning (regarding QA) so does that mean Aegis server wont be fixed till tomorrow morning? Or does it mean the repair work will be continued to be worked on?

イージスは現在も復旧作業を続行中です。
復旧しないまま放置はあり得ませんので、復旧できるまで作業は続けます。
Durandalは復旧できたのですが、イージスは再起動をリトライ中です。
We are still working on repairs for the Aegis world.
It's not possible to leave it as is without repairing so we will continue to work until it's repairds. For Durandal it has been repaired but for Aegis we are retrying the reboots.

I really apologize but with current situation we can't say "how many more minutes till it's fixed" Only thing we can do is apologize for those waiting for the login. We are working on repairing the Aegis full on so please wait little bit more.

Can't even get Paladin right so you're probably right lol unless they have totally different way of playing the job than what 99% of the tank players think lol
