Merchandise Price Range *
Booth fee includes: two 4' tables (10x10 includes one 4' table), two chairs, 8' back and side drapes, hanging sign, business information listing on JLL website and in MWAM digital program. The Junior League of Lufkin does not charge a percentage of sales.

Please Note: Quantities of corner booths will be limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Priority is given to merchants who add a specific location request to their booth fee.
Total Cost *
A deposit of half the premium amount for your booth is due with your application and will be deposited upon acceptance into the marke, at which point it is non-refundable.

This application is for review purposes only. Submission of this application does not guarantee selection for Market with a Mission 2015. We reserve the right to limit vendors based on merchandise category. Application, deposit and photos must be returned to the address below by January 2, 2015. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: $50 off booth fee if returned by December 5, 2014
